Sammy and Susan Fishel began ChadMor Homes, Inc. in 1998. Prior to that time, Sammy worked in management with UPS for 20 years, and Susan worked as a CPA with several companies. Their combined business knowledge and experience is the foundation of ChadMor Homes. We take the responsibility of constructing your new home very seriously and with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.

Clear Stream Builders, is the product of a multi-generational family line of successful building history. This family background is comprised of hard work, desire, and a dedication that still holds true to this day.

Kevin Nunn, President of Nunn Better Custom Homes, Inc. turned his dream into a reality when he incorporated Nunn Better Custom Homes, Inc. in November 2006. Although Nunn Better Custom Homes, Inc. is a new company, Kevin has been involved in the construction industry for over a decade. Now Nunn Better Custom Homes, Inc. is helping homeowners in the triangle and surrounding areas turn their dreams into reality one foundation at a time

As our company has evolved into one of the largest custom homebuilders in the area, opportunities abound for us to build in wonderful new neighborhoods. However, the same standards we set for our home designs and quality will also always influence our decisions on where we build.

We have a philosophy that great houses and great homeowners make great neighborhoods. A developer can take a beautiful piece of land in a great location and build nice streets and sidewalks, a clubhouse and swimming pool, install fancy streetlights and put a lot of expensive plants around the front entrance. But what will make people want to live there, what will make your friends "ooh" and "ahh," what will make your home sell quickly when you one day move, is a street full of good looking, diverse, quality-built, nostalgic homes with handsome yards and caring, proud homeowners.

Scott Gurganus is a managing member of Royall Custom Homes, LLC.  A North Carolina native, he received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  Scott spent several years as a broker before following his dream to build homes, beginning his endeavor through employment with a leading Raleigh-based home builder.  In 2001 he obtained his North Carolina Contractors Limited License.
